Algumas curiosidades sobre o TOEFL, para os que ainda não tiveram contato com este teste. A sigla TOEFL (pronuncia-se "tãfôl") significa Test of English as a Foreign Language (ou Teste de Inglês como uma Língua Estrangeira).
Este teste tem o objetivo de availiar as abilidades individuais de fala, e compreensão do Inglês em nível acadêmico. O TOEFL é um pré requisito para os alunos estrangeiros que tentam a admissão em qualquer instituição de ensino no exterior, em países que tenham o inglês como primeira língua. A pontuação atingida no teste, tem validade de dois anos, após este periodo, ela é eliminada do banco de dados do sistema.

The English tip of the day goes to the ones who are wondering about attending to the TOEFL test. For the ones who are in Santa Catarina, the most convenient place for attending the test is in Curitiba.

This test aims to evaluate the individual students ability of comprehension of speaking, listening, reading and writing in English at the academic level.
TOEFL is a requirement to the foreigner students who try to be admitted by any college abroad, in an English speaking country. The score attained at the test is valid for two years, after this period, it is taken out of system.
